Support

Support for spatial data analysis questions, and for GeoDa in particular, is currently provided through the Openspace listserv (with about 1,000 subscribers and moderate traffic restricted to the resolution of technical problems).  In addition, a help system for GeoDa summarizes how to use key program functions, FAQs, known bugs, and solutions to common problems.

The GeoDa Center will provide additional fee-for-service support and consulting services in the near future.
