[Openspace] Status of Geoda to run native on Macintosh?

The main new addition in this coming release of OpenGeoDa is that it's cross-
platform (Vista, Mac and we're also testing a Linux version). The functionality is 
essentially the same (with a few exceptions, like bivariate mapping), so people 
who're used to teaching with the current version of GeoDa (GeoDa Legacy) will 
not have to change their curriculum. 

Simultaneously, we're getting set up to come out with more frequent updates of 
OpenGeoDa in the future (including spatial regimes, generalized weights, etc.) 
and are about to release the first tools as part of the PySAL library in the next 
month, which will allow you to estimate new spatial econometric models.
