[Openspace] GeoDa o Mac again

If you are adventurous you can install VirtualBox [
http://www.virtualbox.org/] and run the current release of GeoDa on a Mac.
(See the screenshot). I have recently started testing it and it's been
working really good.
BTW, VirtualBox is an open source software.
