[Openspace] Number of Neighbors

In the case of a GAL file, you can open it in Excel, pick the DELIMITED
option in the Text Import Wizard, and then check SPACE as the delimiter.
Next, create a column with sequence 0,1,0,1,..  all the way until the end of
the weights file, then using filters (DATA > FILTER > AUTO FILTER ), you can
select (filter) just the ones and then you'll have a set of records just
displaying the ID of the observation and the number of neighbors. You can
highlight the filtered observations and copy them on a different worksheet
to export or manipulate it as desired.
