[Openspace] An indicator value of LISA

Hello,
Somebody could tell me how I can find a clear interpretation for the indicator value of LISA of 0?
I have read the manual but the interpretation of the indicator value of LISA gives me only the value of 1 for high-high, 2 for for low-low, 3 for low-high, 4 for for high-low.
 
I don't know what it means for 0.
