[Openspace] uni- vs. bi-LISA

I am interested in measuring rate change over time and space.  I am 
currently thinking of using the COhen and Tita (1999) method of 
measuring diffusion via the static univariate LISA.  However, I believe 
that the bi-LISA may in fact be a better choice.  Does anyone know how 
to implement this.  Sould I use the same measurement at two different 
time periods? or a flat rate against the rate of change over the time 
period?
