[Openspace] Geoda installation on Vista

I am having problems installing geoda, the error message is: the operating
system is not adequate for running geoda 0.9.5i-beta. I have windows vista and
I think this is the reason for the problem. Is there any troubleshooting for
this program and its use on vista yet? I hope somebody can help me.
