[Openspace] K-nearest neighbor matrix

Julia,

first of all thank you for your help. I have calculated the stardadized
values you say and they are 6.25, 6.55, 5.87 and 5.605 with 3, 4, 5 and 6
neighbours respectively. Which one would be the better matrix? I have
calculated them with the log of the variable I want to explain because is
the one I am going to explain, is it correct?
