[Openspace] digest format

Starting now, the digest default format will be MIME,
not plain text. If this affects you negatively, you can
change the option by accessing the list main page:
http://sal.agecon.uiuc.edu/mailman/listinfo/openspace
This only affects users who have set the "digest"
option and should take care of some of the weird
character issues.
If you have problems, send me a note at
anselin at uiuc.edu (NOT to the list).
