[Openspace] Moran z-value and significance

Kyle,
The default significance level is 0.5 but you can change
that to 0.01, 0.001, and 0.0001 by right-clicking on the
LISA map. You can save the p-values (and LISA indices and
LISA categories) by right-clicking on the LISA map and
selecting "save results."
Before you change the significance level, randomize the
results, e.g. 999 times (the randomization option exists for
both LISA and Moran scatterplots).
