[Openspace] export selected

Sam,

This is a function that is easiest to implement in a regular 
GIS - then bring the new shapefile into GeoDa. You can 
manually edit the ASCII version of your shapefile in GeoDa 
(see previous posts) if you do not have access to a GIS but 
if you do, it is faster to save selections as new shapefiles 
in a GIS.
