Hi,

Thank you for the answer. For some unknown reason even if i tried
to subscribe yesterday several times - i didn't receive the
"verification" email.

I downloaded the new exe as advised - and i have the same
problem with the data, it seems that not all was recognized. I
solved it in the following way: I exported the dbf file of my own shp
file into a new shp file using GeoDa and this time it worked. I have
no idea why.

On the other hand, my data represents soil contamination from
bore holes and trial pits. So, i have for same x and y coordinates 2
or 3 values at different depths. If i import this type of data and i
want, for example, to do a quantile map, the data seems to be
displayed correctly but on the legend, the first range comes up with
zero values in brackets, even if it is clear from the map itself that
there are values in that range.

If i "clean" the data, and for each x and y coordinates i have only
one contamination value for an unique z depth, this problem is no
more. I have no idea if there is any interest to use GeoDa with data
like mine, but for sure i will try to adapt my data to benefit from this
software. I am not aware of any other software which does LISA for
example, and i think i can get interesting insights for my
contamination data using it.

Sorry for the long email, and thank you so much for the help,

Monica
