Dr. Nancy Lozano-Gracia, Postdoctoral Research Associate at the GeoDa Center, and Foundation Professor Luc Anselin received a grant from the Lincoln Institute of Land Policy to assess and improve methods to valuate property and land by spatial submarket in Bogota, Colombia.
